Many of minorities that come from difference country to one specific majority country have some problem in learning. They tend to be introvert rather than being open, they afraid as a minority they will be bullied by the major ethics. The minority choose to silent and take all the problem by them self because they also have some communication problem with the other common student. They think that if they have different culture is might be a problem for them, their parent might don't have enough experiment in teaching their children about culture awareness that might be faced by them in their real life condition in school.
Because of this problem that faced by the student, teacher role is very important in this stage, where the student tries to find their identity. By doing the right teaching styles, the teacher can make the boundaries difference between the minority and the other is gone. Teacher try to explain that difference is good and nothing wrong about being different.

There are so many cultures that contain in this world, there is some culture that can accept and respect other culture, but there are also some ethnic from some culture difference has something different with this kind of issue, they kinda rude to each other. So, we know that young generation is the new generation that, hopefully, can make the world for a better place. Young generation or youngster's mind is way more different that people who live in the past. They have open-minded, they accept each other they respect each other. But there are some that rebel follow their older. This is teacher role to make their student understand that it is very important to build an engagement to culture diverse. If in one classroom, there are one particular person that have some problem with some particular person that have difference ethics, it will ruin all. The grade maybe will down because they feel unsafe between people that they hate. Teacher should make their student understand fully, and fully make them understand that difference is good.

Citation : S.Mikaylov, Natalie. (2016). Curiosity and its role in cross-cultural knowledge creation. The International Journal of Emotional Education, 8 (1), 95-108.
Curiosity is on of the most
common sense that human have. The impact of curiosity on intrinsic motivation,
exploratory behavior and social engagement has recently received attention in
career development and learning literature. Curiosity can be understood as a
recognition, pursuit and intense desire to explore novel, challenging and
uncertain events. It appears that cultural curiosity is not affected as much by
cultural distance
The most obvious step toward cultural knowledge
creation is seeking information and culturally sensitive recommendations for
appropriate actions from other members of one’s networks. This study
participants also expressed curiosity regarding the cultures that were
attractive to them in practical or entertaining senses. The most desirable were
cultures located at a medium cultural distance, offering the best career and
business prospects and fun/entertainment factors. Therefore, the students’
curiosity about a particular culture was influenced by their perception of
cultural distance
