Many of minorities that come from difference country to one specific majority country have some problem in learning. They tend to be introvert rather than being open, they afraid as a minority they will be bullied by the major ethics. The minority choose to silent and take all the problem by them self because they also have some communication problem with the other common student. They think that if they have different culture is might be a problem for them, their parent might don't have enough experiment in teaching their children about culture awareness that might be faced by them in their real life condition in school.
Because of this problem that faced by the student, teacher role is very important in this stage, where the student tries to find their identity. By doing the right teaching styles, the teacher can make the boundaries difference between the minority and the other is gone. Teacher try to explain that difference is good and nothing wrong about being different.

There are so many cultures that contain in this world, there is some culture that can accept and respect other culture, but there are also some ethnic from some culture difference has something different with this kind of issue, they kinda rude to each other. So, we know that young generation is the new generation that, hopefully, can make the world for a better place. Young generation or youngster's mind is way more different that people who live in the past. They have open-minded, they accept each other they respect each other. But there are some that rebel follow their older. This is teacher role to make their student understand that it is very important to build an engagement to culture diverse. If in one classroom, there are one particular person that have some problem with some particular person that have difference ethics, it will ruin all. The grade maybe will down because they feel unsafe between people that they hate. Teacher should make their student understand fully, and fully make them understand that difference is good.

Curiosity is on of the most common sense that human have. The impact of curiosity on intrinsic motivation, exploratory behavior and social engagement has recently received attention in career development and learning literature. Curiosity can be understood as a recognition, pursuit and intense desire to explore novel, challenging and uncertain events. It appears that cultural curiosity is not affected as much by cultural distance
The most obvious step toward cultural knowledge creation is seeking information and culturally sensitive recommendations for appropriate actions from other members of one’s networks. This study participants also expressed curiosity regarding the cultures that were attractive to them in practical or entertaining senses. The most desirable were cultures located at a medium cultural distance, offering the best career and business prospects and fun/entertainment factors. Therefore, the students’ curiosity about a particular culture was influenced by their perception of cultural distance

Citation: Liu, Wei. (2016). The International Mobility of Chinese Student: A Cultural Perspectives. Canadian Journal of Higher Education. 46 (4). 41 - 59.

Chinese is known as a country that has dense population. Almost ¼ people on earth live in China. Because of that many of a Chinese student, go aboard for better education that they may have in their own country, but they want to improve more their education need. There is factor that causes student of Chinese do international mobility, the push and pull factor. The push factor is, as I said before, the student wants to improve their self in term of education, they went overseas to go to the best universities that they never had in their own country, the student wants to make some ‘brand-name’ higher education that can affect their life more. On the other hand, pull factor here is Chinese student want to get an English-medium education that they never had in their own country, they want to get the experience and international competence.

Anyone hoping to understand China and Chinese people’s behavior in the present day must examine China’s long history and culture, as these often have crystallized into current behavioral patterns. China is currently the number one source country of international students around the world. The main cause that causes this huge mobility is because Chine is one of the biggest economic countries, that almost all the are in Chine is a big factory. In hope to make their hometown better, the student of China that go aboard hope that the economic in their country increase more and more.

Cititation : Parnian, Shideh., Kiaei, Shahram. (2014). Traditional Healers and Traditional Healing among Ilika Tribes in Garmsar, Iran. International Journal of Culture and History.  1 (1). 19-33.

There are so many ways to get healthy body and soul. There are modern ways, by using modern tools or traditional ways by using some traditional medicine, tools and also some herbal to prevent the use of chemical medicine. From the title of this article, entitle Traditional Healers and Traditional Healing among Ilika Tribes in Garmar, Iran. Although modern medicines are used widely nowadays, thе usе оf traditional mеdicinе is still being practised by Iranians especially Ilika people. The major tribe of dry lands in is called Ilika (Qome Ilikaee) mostly resides here who has less contact with modern technology.

Fоr thе Iranian pеоplе, thеir nativе trеatmеnts arе thеir оnly hоpе tо savе thеir livеs and their youngsters against any diseases and illness which most of the time threatens them to death. It
appеars that thе current gоvеrnmеnt which based on a modern way of thinking and facilities disrеgards thеir nееds and thеir bеliеfs. As a rеsult, Iranian pеоplе misundеrstооd mеdical anthrоpоlоgy. They frеquеntly assumе that mеdical anthrоpоlоgists arе just оn sоmе kind оf еxcavatiоns likе archaеоlоgists. They just sее thеm as a subjеct fоr thеir discоvеriеs and expеrimеntatiоns.

Thеir traditiоnal dоctоrs dividеd mеdicinе in twо parts. The first one is thеоrеtical mеdicinе which cоnsists оf fundamеntal sciеncе rеquirеd fоr еvеry dоctоrs tо rеcоgnizе thе whоlе situatiоn оf thе patiеnts. The second one is called Practical Mеdicinе which is rеquirеd tо bе taught in thе class by which thеy cоuld prеscribе mеdicinе fоr a patiеnt. This mеdical practicе is cоmmоnly rеfеrrеd tо as first aid.

Moreover, there are different reasons why Iranians use traditional healing and medicine. One
of the reasons is that traditional healing and medicine are accessible, comfortable and easy to
practice compared to modern medicine. The second important reason is that those who prefer
using traditional medicine and healing over modern medicine are quite close with the healers
and think them as a person who is living in the same society from which they have come. Most
of those healers are also living in the same area in which the others live. This second reason is
the cause of the Ilika tribes’ preference to refer to traditional healing and healers. The third
reason is that people of Ilika tribes are poor and traditional healers charge them much cheaper
than medical doctors.

Tobbaco addiction. Something that contain word ‘addict’ on it, in my opinion is a bad thing. For example, from the title of this journal “Behavioral Patterns of Tobacco Addiction of Students at Some Universities in HCMC”. Tobacco and ciggarate is the same thing, in Indonesia ciggarate is very easy to buy because the price is low and everyone, from various range of age can get it easily. Smoking became more viral nowday because many people thinks that if they not smoke, it would make them nervous or it would make them less cool than the other. From this article, in vietnam there are more that 20% of the student in certain university is a hard smoker. Not only college student, but also some teenager. Teenager smoke by imitate adult and as a way to prove themselves no more to be childern. In the family, i parents are addicted to smoke, their children are easily to addict. This is a problem related to culture, tradition and each family lifestyle.

Student are the core forve plays an important role in contribution of society. Tobacco addiction behaviour of students stated above is actually a figure to pay attention, especially when considering the cultural life of east people. People under 18 years old to buy, sell tobacco, supply tobacco. It can ruin the whole generation, it should be consider as a generation warning. The people who smoke should know the damage from taking a tobacco or ciggarate.

Citation: Siew-Eng, LING et al. (2010). Diversity in Education Using Blended Learning in Sarawak. US-China Education Review, 7(2), 83-88.

There are nine component to make sure that one specific learning style has reach the level of satisfaction, there are course content, technical, flexibility, community learning, motivation sharing, feedback, complementary, learning and personalized learning. In this article, the writer try to identify the overall students' satisfaction towards blended learning course. The study found that overall, the respondents were satisfied with the blended learning course, their satisfaction towards blended learning course means that they were given equal chance to study without the time and location constraints. Based on the findings in this study, suggestions from Siti Rahayah, et al (2008) and findings by LING, et al (2008), blended learning courses are recommended to be extended to the secondary school level and further to the primary school level. With that, it is hope that the diversity in education between the rural and the urban schools can be reduced to minimum through blended learning course. With the feedback, the blended learning course can be improved further and the equal educational opportunities can reach to more people especially rural area students.

Cititation : Savas, Gokhan. (2016). Understanding Gender and Race Differences in High School Achivement in the United States. American Journal of Educational Research. 4 (6). 427-438.

When i first read the abstract of this journal, honestly, I feel interested about the researcher opinion about the material of the journal. This journal is talk about gender and race difference in high school achivement. From what I’ve been read, it written that female and male are have different sets of values, attitudes and behaviours. Female are more well-prepared than male in case going to school. Male intend to have more anti-school attidues and disruptive behaviours which affect to what the male achive educationally. Different with male, female are being more socialized and more independent so they have closer relationship with both their parents and teachers.  Male students are more likely to have negative school behaviour and also more likely to spend less time on homework compared to females students.   But from this journal, not only the boys that the researcher concern, also racial/ethic minorities, especially African American. African American students, both female or male intend to have negative behaviour in school and have a low educational stage because they think that what ever they do, it wrong. Because it already in their mind the racial phenomenon of difference between their race and pure american. From this journal, racial/ethnic students who the parents has a low socio-economic condition or high socio-economis condition have different educational levels. The higher socio-economic parents will expect their kids to have a higher educatin level but the low socio-economic more likely to accept their destiny as can as possible.

So from this journal, I concluded that female student is more well-prepared and might be more intelegence in educational level rather than male student and racial/ethic students.

Citation: Wahed Q, Abdul et al. (2013). EFL Students’ Perceptions of a Blended Learning Environment: Advantages, Limitations and Suggestions for Improvement. Canadian Center of Science and Education, 6(10), 95-110.

In this article I can conclude that there are three levels strategy in implementing learning, the first level is supportive e-learning, in this level student may take the traditional learning style or it can combine with e-learning but not all e-learning can implement in this level. The second level is blended learning, as I can conclude, blended learning use around 20-70% online teaching-learning process. And the third level is fully e-learning, which uses 100% online material.
The use of blended learning, for now, is very easy because the development of technology that helps student in the learning process. But there are some problem or suggestion that give by some student in this article, they said that by using blended learning it can cause the level of cheating because the easy access they got. And there are some said that they concern about they understanding in e-book and e-learning stuff. And also they not ready yet for this new style of teaching learning process. There are some student not feel satisfied by this kind of learning style because of the lack of knowledge of blended e-learning it self.

This is my first time write an article reviw in a blog. In this article contain some review about prominent theories of politeness that stated by some experts. In this aticle there are some explanation about what it means by politeness. Politeness is a natural phenomenon that can happen to everyone whose communicate with each other. If there's someone is communicate with the other one, there should be a limit to show respect, it's not possible if there a younger who speak to an older person with no attitude at all, that why a politeness is need to be involve in communication. Politeness is the most important things in communicate with each other, because with some politeness, maybe, each other will get respect from each other. There are so many ways to show politeness, from dressing appropriately and using appropriate facial expression or oral expression. Imagine if there's someone approach you in the public place and ask you what time is it, and you reply them with a polite answer, but they just go without say thankyou or even smile, it might be little rude.
So politeness is also be a social controler. Because no one want to be treated impolite.
